New Delhi. The He-Man of Bollywood recently turned 89. Just two days after his birthday, he seems to be in legal trouble. Dharmendra is in trouble regarding his restaurant franchise ‘Garam Dharam Dhaba’. Delhi’s Patiala House Court has issued summons against veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra along with two others in the franchise related fraud case. The next hearing of this case has been fixed on 20th February next year i.e. in the year 2025. On this day Dharmendra will have to appear in the court proceedings.

The summons, issued by Judicial Magistrate Yashdeep Chahal, is based on a complaint filed by Delhi-based businessman Sushil Kumar, who alleged that he was defrauded by luring him to invest in a franchise.

According to an ANI post, in the summons order passed on December 5, the judge said, “The evidence on record hints that the accused persons induced the complainant to further their common intention and to commit the material offense of fraud.” The disclosure has been duly made.
