This actor is Fahadh Faasil, who raised eyebrows on screen wearing police uniform in ‘Pushpa 2’.
Fahadh Faasil had decided to leave the industry as soon as his debut film flopped. Fahadh Faasil, son of veteran filmmaker Faasil, entered films like his father, but his debut film flopped miserably at the box office. After the very first failure, the actor started feeling that maybe he was not made for films.
Left the country and went abroad
He put films aside from his mind and went to study in the US. Fahadh was studying engineering in America, but his fate had something else in store. After the death of Irrfan Khan in the year 2020, Fahadh Faasil wrote a note in his name in which he told how the veteran actor had influenced his life without ever meeting him.
According to the actor’s note, he had taken inspiration to return to films from Irrfan Khan’s film and then he left everything behind and returned to India and within no time became a superstar of Malayalam films.

Fahadh Faasil started his second innings in acting with the Malayalam film Kerala Cafe in 2009. Soon critics also started appreciating the actor’s work. He received the National Award for Best Supporting Actor in the year 2017. The actor’s latest film Pushpa 2 has done a business of Rs 1600 crore at the box office.
