Guys the laptop is good.. I liked it a lot but after few days I found its defective and returned it and I am extremely unhappy with the process of return and refund…. I purchased the laptop on 9 September 2024 and found its defective by 11 September 2024…. I called the Amazon customer care and he said return it and you money will be refunded…. So I returned it on 14 September 2024 and after that Amazon said it would take one month to get my money back! Wth is that when they took the order they took the money instantly and I received the laptop within 3 days but when I opted for return and refund because the laptop was defective what’s taking them 30 days to return the money…. Today 26/09/2024 At the time of writing this review I haven’t received my money ….. This is an issue that needs attention from the public but I don’t know if people will fight for this issue of return and refund…. But anyways I am going to do as much as I can… So beaware everyone if your product is defective you might not get back your money back within 30…
