Return Policy
Eligibility for Return
- You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only products that fail to work as promised or described are eligible for return. Given the nature of GPL-licensed products, returns for reasons other than functionality issues cannot be accepted.
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged.
Process for Returns
- Notification: To initiate a return, you must first contact us at contact@indiaffil.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Confirmation: We will review your request and, if the return meets our policy criteria, provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Exchange Policy
- If you prefer to exchange a non-functional product for another, you may request an exchange within the 7-day return period.
- The exchange is subject to the same conditions as returns; it must be because the product is not working as described.
Refund Policy
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.
