Selection Process for SBI PO 2025
The selection process for SBI PO 2025 consists of three distinct phases:
Phase I: Preliminary Examination
The Preliminary Exam will be an objective test, consisting of 100 marks spread across three sections:
• English Language
• Quantitative Aptitude
• Reasoning Ability
The duration of the exam will be 1 hour.
Phase II: Main Examination
The Main Exam will comprise two parts
• An objective test worth 200 marks, covering topics such as Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, General Awareness/Economy/Banking Knowledge, and English Language.
• A Descriptive test worth 50 marks focused on English Language proficiency.
Phase III: Psychometric Test/Group Exercises/Interview
The final phase includes a Psychometric Test for personality profiling, Group Exercises (20 marks), and an Interview (30 marks). The final merit list will be based on the aggregate marks from the Main Examination and Phase III, normalized to 100 marks.
